I will be joining IEEE President Tom Coughlin and President Elect Kathleen Cramer at the SFCon in Glasgow to speak on the technology and philosophical implications of Brain-Machine Interfaces. This promises to be a most enlightening event and dialog on an issue of continually increasing importance.
